Our experienced technicians carefully inspect every ski, only performing necessary service to make your skis glide and carve like new. The cornerstone of a good tune starts is in the base profile. Base repairs are performed with a Wintersteiger® HP gun, filling any voids with base material.
Our Wintersteiger® MicroJet Pro will tune your base flat, allowing the ski to glide easily on any snow surface. Our TrimJet ceramic edger can reproduce a factory edge at any angle. The edge produced by the TrimJet will hold better and last longer.
The last step in the Basin Sports process is waxing your skis with a high quality wax. This procedure is accomplished with Wintersteiger's Wax Jet, which applies a generous coat of wax and polishes the base to a perfect finish, ensuring maximum glide and protection.
